Where to do my Actuarial Science course?

There are only a few choices that I can choose to do my actuarial science, either locally or 2+2. I have no idea about where is good and suitable to do this course. Utar and UCSI are quite cheap if compared to those universities that offer ADP which allow to do my last 2 years at oversea. I know that doing oversea is really better than doing locally. But then, is the money worth to do so? I heard that how successful an Actuarial Professor is is depended on the number of tests he/she pass. Hope can hear others' opinions and suggestions, thanks a lot.

Hi all, I have some questions about this course..
1. What is the different between this course(e&e) and electronic? If we compare it with electronic engineering, the things we learn in e&e are not so specialized?
2. Which are popular universities that offer this course in msia?
3. What can i do after graduated?(I mean job) How are the jobs? Will face the problem of unemployment?
4. Do u think is it a need to study till master? or just degree?

Tyvm for viewing my thread n i wish u all can help me to solve my problems^^
