I am happy with this software all this while ( I do my own account entry under my sister&#39;s guidance, who is an accountant). However recently when I realized it is time for some upgrade and some customization on the software( if available and affordable), my email to the sales department for the company went unanswered. I called the 1800xxx number and explain to them at length what I wanted, only to realize in the end that I&#39;m talking to a Shangrila Hotel personnel (did I press the wrong number? But I dare not try again). I called the handphone number available on the webpage <a href='http://www.qne.com.my' target='_blank'>http://www.qne.com.my</a>, that fella asked me to contact my local reseller. I called the local reseller but he said no upgrade and no customization available (can you believe this? After 3 years?). I contacted the former again, but my sms went unanswered..<br /><br />My dilemma is I am happy with this program, but the service after sales is poor. <br />I am not writing this to complain, but just wondering what&#39;s wrong with this company?
