Hi all, would like to seek some advices

Currently im 28 with degree in Mass comm (majoring in advertising and market research) and after I graduated, i worked few years in banking line and 1 year in current company (shared services line)

Recently my company is reducing headcounts and I'm one of the bulk that was being let go, currently on job hunting

The thing is im feeling stagnant in my qualifications and considering to reskill myself with another professional degree and work part time during my study time, is it advisible to do so? Im checking that being a grab driver during my studies then with the new regulations im not so sure hows the procedure like now. Would appriciate if any grab drivers can advise

Transport Issue

Hi there, I just got a job recently near pavilion area, i wish i could drive there but the morning traffic from kajang to pavilion area is crazy, and not to mention the parking fees is heavy there, the HR officer suggested me to take public transport like the LRT but i have no idea which station to take and which station to stop

Anyone can give advice on which station i can take from?

hi there, i have this problem that when ever i plug in my headset to my lap top, it will work as usual but when i entered a skype call, the external speakers will be active again, any idea how to put all the sound to my headsets only?

lap top cant connect unifi wifi

need help from all of you here, my computer cant connect to my unifi ler, it works with the LAN cable but my lappy still cant connect to the wifi, and the wifi bar is full also, my friend recommended me to reinstall the driver, but when i go acer support there, got 3 different drivers from different vendors which is

1) intel

2) Atheros

3) Broadcom

which one should i install? or any other way to enable my computer to connect to the wifi?

i kinda noob with internet related stuff... please help.... TOT

hi there as stated, i formated my computer recently and apparently the Acer Crystal Eye for my webcam is gone, and when i downloaded the driver installer in the ACer website and try to run it, they say that my webcam is not plugged in, i m totally lost now, wat should i do to get back my webcam??

hi there, currently using ACER 5745G lappy, recently when i try to on my lappy, as usual i press the on button, but the lights will like on and off, this condition repeats itself for few minutes before my lappy on and enters the window,

everything in my computer seems ok but only the time need to on it are kinda worrying me, can anyone tell me wat might go wrong with my lappy??

windows update errors

i juz got back my computer from the service center after i sent it to repair my speaker, my lap top is Acer 5745G, and as usual i updates all the old files to the latest wan only that the update there shows that i gt this 2 error code which is Code 78F and Code 5, usually i would restart my computer to enable the updates installation complete but when i restarts, my window won't work as they will show me a Fatal Error has occur and i can't open my window, i end up have to restore my computer to the previous version before the update, any idea how i fix this 2 errors that i m facing it right now? many thanks in advance

extended warranty in Harvey Norman

hi there, wanna ask did anyone buy a lappy from harvey norman before and bought the extended warranty also? my case is that i send my lappy bak to service my lappy's speaker because it break downs and my ACER 1 year warranty expired and now i send my computer back to harvey norman to claim the extended warranty

after 1 weeks, the service center called me today and from the early examinations, they told me that most of my computer parts is faulty and need to be replaced, the concern i had now is that if the service center were to change all the faulty parts from my lappy, does it covered under my harvey norman warranty? or do i need to pay for it? regarding the parts that the service center mentions to me that are faulty is the speaker cable, hard disk and many others that i can't remember

please do tell me that if anyone of you know that i will be charged or not

the issues i face with my computer is that the internet DNS lookout ALWAYS fails, i been using the wireless in my house since we installed the Dlink Router, apparently only MY computer always face the DNS lookout fail issues, the rest of my family rarely face this issues, is there any way for me to fix this, is it my computer issues? please guide and teach me how to troubleshoot this issues as it really frustates me to have to restart my modem all the time

USB mouse disconnected often

hi there, currently i m using the Gigabyte GM-M6800 mouse, the problem i faced is that when i connected to my lap top, it will work, but after awhile, it will keep disconnected and connect and disconnected, and the cycle goes on, then my lap top will show the icon that the USB is not recognized. I have to unplug the mouse and plug in after awhile only it will work normally again but its troublesome. Any idea wats wrong with my mouse? or is it my computer?

virus infected on computer and external hard disk

hi there, i notices that in my hard disk, there is a file name New Folder(1), when i right click and see the details, its an EXE files, apparently my computer is infected by it also as my friend plug in his hard disk on my computer and his hard disk were infected by it also, he told me its a worm but i nt sure about it

any idea how to remove the virus from my computer and my hard disk? some of my friend suggesting that i format my hard disk but i want to keep the files inside, is it possible to format my hard disk and preserve my documents inside?

and the antivirus i use now is Avira, when i scanned it, it detects nothing at all, but that new folder thingy is still inside... please help me with this...

Air Brush Recommendation

hi everyone, i m new here, been collecting gundam figurines since i was 6, and mostly all the customization i made with my figurines are colour by using brushes, one of my friend told me that use air brush would be nice also. Here's the problem, i have 0% knowledge about air brushes, so can anyone give me recommendation to buy a beginner air brush??
