Black screen problem while gaming

Hi, i have a problem here and want to seek for professional opinion towards the issue. I bought a new PC ,the specs are as follow:

Intel Xeon 1230v2
MB-MSI-B75MA-P45
G.Skill 395 Sniper DDR3 1600 CL9 8GB
Intel SSD 330, 120GB, Sandforce
Palit GTX 660TI Jetstream 2GB
LG 24X DVD RW BLACK SATA GH24NS70 1
Corsair VS550 PSU
Using 1920x1080 resolution monitor

Now im facing some problem here. The games that im playing is Guild Wars 2, Dragon Nest, Heroes of Newerth (HoN) and Diablo 3. All of these games, we set everything to maximum graphic setting for best appearance. At first, the gameplay is very smooth and it doesn't have any problem at all. However, after some time from 1 - 30 minutes of gameplay, a sudden black screen will happens and the game im playing will face huge FPS drops (from origin of 60 frame drop to 20-30 different for each games).

In summarize, the problem im facing :

1. Whole screen turns black, after 5 seconds, it returns to the game, FPS drops drastically. From 80 -> 14 or 15, it back to normal after tab out for 15 seconds.
2. Whole screen turns black, after 5 seconds, the game shows an error, "The game encountered graphical error and needed to be closed".
3. Whole screen turns black and hang, there is a buzz sound from the speaker.
4. Whole screen turns red and hang, there is a buzz sound from the speaker.

It keeps on happening in every game that im playing and we find it so annoying. i have been searching on the Internet for solutions, but there is no valid solution to end this nightmare. I've also tried to lower some graphic setting to medium and low, but it still happens. Any solution for my problem ?

Note : I've also tried to monitor the GPU performance using MSI afterburner. The usual GPU performance while gaming are 60-80%. After the black screen occurred, the GPU performance are capped to < 30% for unknown reason

Hie, anyone can suggest me a build mostly used for gaming? Most game i played guild wars 2 , heroes of newerth, and etc... i already have mouse,kb,speakers and lcd .. and also i already have the WD caviar green 1TB hdd.. izzit recommended if i get a low storage ssd to run os ?.. cuz i format pc usually like 3-4month once .. so i dont exceed 320gb usually ..

requirement budget 2.8-3k:

Supports guildwars 2 on high setting at playable frame rates?
Less noise if possible* as i on my pc overnight..

Yesterday i just got myself an AMD 965 proc and Gigabyte MA790FX-UD5P mobo... but once i installed everything.. when i check the system.. it shows that my AMD 965 is running on JUST 1.6ghz ?!.. omg.. need help here

Hie.. i'm facing a problem here .. is my house is having a 1mbps connection which is shared by 6 person in da house .. OMG ?..other than raising it to 4mbps (housemates disagree) .. is there any solution ?.. like apply 1 more acc in da same phone line will affect the internet ?.. i'm staying at Wangsa Maju area.. need a good connection for gaming as well as downloading.. any help will be appreciate loads .. thanks
