Can it be extend until the gate area?

This wall is located in the middle of the house and there are more smaller cracks around the house.

I've tried informing the landlord about this, but it's only effective for a short term period.

Laptop keeps shutting down on its own

My laptop keeps on shutting down itself even when loading windows, if lucky, I can use it about 15-20 mins until it powers off.
My battery is spoiled, so I'm using ac power supply right now. However, there's no problem if I boot into safe mode.
Any experts here pls help me
