Recently, he contacted me through e-mail and sms to hire me for a freelance programming job and the agreed cost was RM150. The deadline was last wednesday (6/11/2013) and I gave him the completed project on Tuesday. After that, he ignored all my sms, e-mail.....

What I know about him is he should be university student in the aviation sector who i think is in his last year (because only in the last year you need to complete a FYP) in Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Institute of Aviation Technology (UniKL MIAT) according to his facebook. I really hope you guys out there can help me to do something before the last thing I would do is lodge a police report.
