URGENT! PLEASE READ!

A couple of days ago, when I was walking home from college at PV 128, I was approached by a guy.
He asked me for help saying that his keys were stuck somewhere and he needed my help to get them. I suddenly remembered that a similar incident happened at Wangsa Maju LRT station to a girl where a guy had ask her the very same thing (help to get his keys). After the girl followed him, she felt him touch places that shouldn't have been touched and luckily, she escaped the incident before anything more could happen. I immediately said "Sorry I'm busy" and walked away.

Fast forward to today, I was walking at PV 128 to go to the bus stop in front of Columbia Hospital. While i was there, I saw the very same guy lingering around Harutei. He was asking a girl (most likely the same thing) but luckily she also walked off. I was thinking of taking a picture of the guy but I think he recognized me from that day and looked at me, that's when i thought it would be a bad idea to take his picture when he was aware of me being around.

I decided to go on about my day running my errands and avoided him. However, I saw a girl walking alone towards his direction and i couldn't help but feel that he was going to ask her too. So i turned to look behind and he did ask her! I was expecting her to walk away as well but to my surprise, she followed him into the alleyway behind Harutei!

I felt worried so I immediately followed them. When i reached the alleyway, they were both gone. However, I was still very determined to see if this girl was okay so I walked the path and looked around for possible corners he could have brought her to. Fortunately, she quickly opened a door and she saw me. I quickly told her to run and we both ran together to a more public area. Luckily, she escaped the situation as it was very fishy of him to bring her to an isolated area.

I would like to spread awareness about this because anything can happen to any girl when they are approached by him alone. Please ignore him and walk away. He will not be persistent enough to chase after you. The next time he may not be asking about his keys but something else. Either way, if him or any other guy asks you to follow him, please say NO and walk away. It is good to be helpful but it is also easy to be taken advantage of. Please watch out for yourself.

As for the description of the guy, I regret not taking his picture but I can give a brief description of him:
- He is a Malay guy, not very tall. His skin tone is slightly tanner than an average Malay person. He wears glasses. The both times I saw him, he was wearing a collared shirt and pants. His build is slightly thick.

If you do see someone like this lingering around and happen to ask girls who are alone something, please stay around to see what happens or please take the chance to call the police! A picture would be helpful as well so that we have evidence to capture this guy. Currently, he seems to be very active around PV 128 area in Setapak.

Thank you to one of the commenters, there's a picture that you can refer to on how this guy looks like.
According to the commenter , he was trying to show his privates. As you can see, his pants are unzipped in this picture.
Please be aware of this person. He is apparently also active around Desa Setapak area.
