Not So good, better waiting good model or buy macbook air.

Asus A43sj not free the device driver CD. I has a original win7 pro 64bit. how can I clean install my windows 7 ?

I need reformat and repartition the harddisk.

On asus website, can I download *Complete device driver and software for asus A43sj ?

Plan buy asus notebook, but after ask the reseller about warranty policy, that a reseller case exp :
1. change motherboard 3 month.
2. change harddsik one month.
3. dvd-rw 2 weeks.
4. other more one week.

after the computer shop verify the harddisk spoil, you also can't just replace the harddisk *only, you much send *complete notebook for claim warranty. (pick-up servics too)

when asus has a *reason, user may give extract money for repair under warranty.

when asus techincal check, your notebook not has a problems. will send back to you with not repair. examples Case is DVDRW some disc has a read error ,some not, some has burn crc error, some not.

dead pixel hard warranty. or 5 different area 'dot'. not a pixel. if one dot has 5 pixel not warranty.

So, I known why asus give 2 year warranty, because the warranty/repair time extra long.

reseller say many customer also complain about the bad warranty. asus techincal waste many time for check/verify user notebook problems(not trust user). and the reseller can't help the user solve, that all control by asus. and user hard to call the asus support, that a not free phone, you need paid many money to call asus, special on outside servics center.

today I check the new open box N55SF I5, found one dead pixel.

I see the asus product guide. most info is not true.
1. Asus just say 'pick up day', but not any warranty policy.
2. rescuecom information. because the warranty just trouble user, if has a problems, most user not want claim warranty again . for examples harddisk, buy a new RM160 500G, repair self. (reseller say exp: some user after wait one month change the harddisk, after install windows, software, data... harddsik spoil again. also after servics the case , screen scratch...)

Who want buy asus, please ask about real warranty policy.

when you *only has one notebook, better don't buy asus.

I don't known K.L user and other locations user , I hope asus user share exp for me.

P/S: I don't has a printer, how can't print the bar code for pick-up ? reseller say: find printer your own lo. Asus the pick-up servics very *stupid*.

Dell warranty exchange hardware is Refurbished ?

Sorry my poor English.

When I buy one or 2 month dell notebook , hardware has a problems such as speaker, harddisk, dvd-rw, baterry, lcd....excange part is a Refurbished hardware ? that only *good conditional, but not 100% new ?

So, when I buy 1 or 2 month used the warranty exchange hardware, that mean my exchange hardware is not new, that is Refurbished ?

*good condition is mean performance same and new ?
such as Refurbished battery is ok used, but not performance (short time) ? and LCD has a dead pixel, not brighter....look like old....?

I want to known *good condition That meant 100% not different compare by new ?

On Mar 15 2011. I ask dell Agent before xps is fix or not sandy bridge. her say dell if not fix that not release. today i ask dell support, her say on mar xps 15 has a sandy bridge bugs, need change mother board, but inspiron not problems...

new computer, need open case to change mother board, on mar 15 intel already promise change chipset, but dell why do it ? Dell sell the bugs xps for user. I very worry inspiron also effected, cpuz show is a B2. I see on intel info, check. may inspiron has a effected. but the dell...i don't why the big company do this...........

I don't other user think ? but for me dell very bad for now.

I used 20years computer, when i touch the computer mouse i already can't 'feel' the computer is bad or not. if bad feel, i do more tested. But dell support only take the customer a stupid, ask many child question and do the child test. all i can do, i already do, but who believe ?

If dell 100% wrong, dell also not approval, only got this a problems/trouble customer. If you has 20year exp computer, you can found many problems.

who has many exp computer, better not buy dell. dell only need sell stupid and easy user.

I tested with touch pad and wifi-mouse. when copy files on pendriver (2G) and extract 4G zip, rar files. the mouse/touch pad turn slow. and the ape music lags too. also open/run(執行) the Ie, wmp, resource monitor until 'copy/extract files' also slow.

I already do all mouse/touch pad setting. the *lags* all can fell is different !!!

I also tested other dual 2 core computer, 100% not this problems. mouse/music 100% not slow/lags.

you all not believe me that OK. I known what I tested, what I do !

But how about now computer , 20,50,100% with lags !!!!sometime only transfer 200K 'highest active time' 100%. But, I search old post, how about lowyet user say, that is normal. Hardisk running, 'highest active time' is higher.

But how about my Dual 2 core notebook. Allways 'highest active time'=0%, that is unnormal now? But I play Ape until copy 2G Data, not a litter lags !!!!!!

All are you think, 'highest active time' =100% your computer is normal. if yes, you unknown what is perfect computer.

You computer lags, first your want give a model, cpu, ram, harrdisk, display card..... if say p3,p4 computer, lags on HD 100% is normal. but if your computer I3 up, with HD Display card, sure you has software/hardware problems. yes first I can touch the mouse can known this, then want to see taskmanager, registry setting... and test...

If you has many exp on computer ,7x8hours(minimum)x20years, plus known/learning the programming language, hardware info. I can tell you computer normal or not, you can feel it when your try using, look...!!!

Sorry my bad english.

I test many lowend dell notebook (new model, inspiron), when play mp3(better 320K), play Ape/flac(kmplayer or... software) format,
Until play music, then try copy 2.5G data(About 50files). From USB 2.0 device (such as flash driver, portable harddisk, copy harddisk C: to D:, also can), until the copy, playing music much 'lags'. under the copy, you can try open dell webcam, you got other 'amazing' result.

also when you loading heavy program, such adobe audition 4, 3dsmax 2011 or 2012... also has a lags problems. also your mouse has a 'slow' problems. when you do more action, such download, loadding many webpage. other play HD movies with other action.

Used dell dialognis system 100% OK, but has a lags problems. Bios also update. test with dell default OS system. also tested with intall Dell OS + All news Driver. problems 100% not solve.

highend alienware may not this problems effect(None ssd model).

General say when you try playing music and used the notebook, about 2-3 hours. you much found it lags/slow problems.

I test other dual core computer, with same test(same 5400rpm harddisk). that 100% music not lags(play ape 2 hours with used computer. online, burndisc, copy data...).

May some one take is 'normal'. But I don't think sandy bridge has this problems and can't do multi tasking works !

Who has a same 'lags' problems, and take this is unormally, you can call dell to solve. If you take is ok, not need do anything.

Dell tell me. recent 3mar2011 xps model notebook, some attack again sandy bridge bugs. believe or not, you test yourself.

Most review on new dell sandy bridge Inspiron, XPS has a higher temperature problems. may a design bug.
on idle >50C, full load Mainboard, Display Card, Cpu, arrage 88-95C.

High temperature, make your computer slow, hardware damage and may has OS auto reset problems.

Who buy current new dell laptop, can download the freeware HWmonitor to test and monitoring the temperature.

whatever has a good display card, Cpu, but on dell new sandy bridge laptop not suitable to play game(Or full load software).

paid RM4000-5000 buy a 'bug' product, better buy other good branch. Because high temperature make computer overall performance down. I7 Cpu speed like as I3. better temperature Idle <45-50C; Full load overall <80C. Dell new sandy bridge fail of this.
