Server hosting for hobby project

Hey guys recently wanted to do some hobby project and am having dilemma in whether to purchase a server hosting service or use those that has free plan
so far I've only check on digital ocean, exabytes and heroku

would appreciate if anyone can share server hosting that they find they like/use

I am looking for a linux server hosting btw, as I want to experiment on using nginx as well
dont mind paying lil bit for the server

any comment or suggestion is greatly appreciated!

Why i only got 1 core left? T.t ANYONE KNOW WHY?
