P1 vs YES

I'm currently using P1 and thinking of switching to YES FIZ. Before that, i have some questions regarding YES. Can i use YES in places aside from my registered place? What is the difference between the private IP of YES and the dynamic IP of P1? Do you recommend switching to YES?

Hi, i'm using P1 Wimax and i'm surprised they are able to know my usage detail like how many percent i used for browsing, BT, P2P, Flash and others. My question is do they know what files you download from P2P and can they find out the file names?

Hi, is it possible to change the house number? For example:

If the house number is arranged as:
Our side house starts from: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10...
Opposite side house starts from: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9...

We want the arrangement of the house number to be:
Our side house starts from: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9...
Opposite side house starts from: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10...

If the house is not yet allocated number(But we know the number from the parallel road), can we request the local authority to start from odd instead of even number before they allocate? I know the answer is mostly no but i'll ask just in case it's possible
