            <description>Hi&amp;#33; &lt;br /&gt;Anyone got any suggestion for nice indoor photoshooting place (for pre-wedding) around KL?&lt;br /&gt;I know The Garden Cafe is charging for photoshootin there. Any others which is cheaper?             <title>Garment steam iron</title>

            <description>I bought a &amp;quot;Elba&amp;quot; garment steam iron (model EGSI-A1518(WH)) end of last year. From the first use, i found there water dripping out from the steam head. The situation getting worst if the steaming process longer where the hot water will spilled out. May I know if any of you face the same problem or my steamer really got problem? I am rarely use it due to this problem and it happened every time when i try to give another chance.&lt;br /&gt;Any advise?</description>

            <title>Good painter needed</title>

            <description>Hi&amp;#33; I need to paint my whole house (exterior and interior). It is a single storey house in Cheras where I had small new wall at kitchen extension and car porch (new wall fencing).&lt;br /&gt;3 rooms 2 wash room (already full tiles, so no need paint). The land is 20 X 60 and the built up is not that big.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any good painter with good price to recommend?</description>

Besides that, I also need people to loop the wire for my new plaster ceiling down light. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Current &amp;#39;main&amp;#39; contractor quote me with RM240/ air-con point, RM60for plug point loop side by side (both will conceal work). Lighting wiring RM180/point, lighting looping wiring from light to light (down light) RM15/nos, labour to install of light RM18/nos, install fan RM35/unit, install exhause fan RM35/unit, install water heater RM70/unit. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can I get cheaper than this?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks&amp;#33;</description>

It is a single storey link house.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) touch up my car porch, 1 site wall, and tiles&lt;br /&gt;2) simple plaster ceiling at living room (520sqf)&lt;br /&gt;3) hacking and put on new tiles (2X2)&lt;br /&gt;4) remove tiles and WC and put on new. wall tiles till 5 ft&lt;br /&gt;5) hacking and re-tiles rooms (320sqf)&lt;br /&gt;6) hacking and re-tiles kitchen (90 sqf)&lt;br /&gt;7) wall up (current half wall) + roof extension (change profile)&lt;br /&gt;8) remove current kitchen table top to re-built in back yard&lt;br /&gt;9) adding some plug point and A/C point&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Roughly how much will this cost?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TQ&amp;#33;</description>
