is there a regulation/rule to restrict the company to change the total number of issued share via subdivision/consolidation while there is listed warrant?

since the warrant comes with a fixed exercise price to convert to mother share , it will be so unfavourable to own the warrant if the company can change total number of issued share anytime they want.

hope sifus can clarify this for me.

Looking for good optometrist and optician

im located in kepong , any place else in 20mins drive is ok.

i had a few experience with some shop before so i list it down to avoid any duplicate recommendation.

visionplus(brem mall) , ideal optique(hunakadoo) , visionpoint optometrist(kompleks desa)

im not discussing the experience i had with them.

i am looking for the shop that has optometrist one has studied optometry degree , better if certified on https://www.amoptom.org/ and years of experience.

the shop should also has quite some choice of frame (not necessarily fashion-trend type, but practical , lightweight/rimless) and experienced optician that has good hand with glasses (installing lenses into rimless frame , adjusting nose pad , eye distance and angle).

i am not sure if this is right justification of a good optometrist and optician.
if anyone has same preference on glasses and had problem before , pls advice me what are the factors of good optometrist and optician i should be looking at.

Just wondering how's government efficiency to catch someone that are against business law? with or without whistleblower

My situation is I know someone is doing online business(Selling Virtual Goods) without registration of business (ROB) with SSM

All business required to register right? So he is against the law?

Well , the business is good and monthly sales turnover is RM100k at least but the profit is around 5-10% only.

First crime , he doesn't register the business.

Second crime , his sales turnover is over RM500k already. He runs this for 6months already. So he has to charge GST for his following sales then but he doesnt even register a business for that yet. All his transaction are via personal bank account. So everything has record.

if so , how much fines he will be facing ? any laws expert here?

How do I report this? anyone tried to do some sort of thing before and succeed? get reward? how much?

I am not interested to the reward and I am curious to know and want to watch movie

so if anyone interested i can provide information and u get the reward

After all, I just want to know will government actually take action? or how much transaction volume involved they only care? this one has RM1 million soon , big enough?

payment gateway should be maybank2u pay , molpay or ipay88

Currently payment gateway have in mind ipay88 molpay and maybank2u pay.

i would like to make a system or website....customer pay an amount lets say RM100 , after they pay , then reload RM100 to their account in my system/website....

how to make this happen?

i am not programmer....i just have a business or project require to do this....

have been thinking on this for so long....hope anyone can help me on this
