Hi,

Can someone in LYN Forumer who knows and have experience regarding this issue?

1) Let's say, we bought the iPhone from trader,lelong,mudah etc or won from contest, some didn't provide purchase receipt,but the iPhone still in warranty according to Apple Website and this iPhone is local (Malaysia) set. If anything happen relate to hardware issue.can we claim warranty to any Apple Authorize Service Center without bring purchase receipt?

2) How to differentiate between Telco Set and Apple Store Set if we bought from trader?

2) Any Chargers that we need to pay relates to hardware issue if our iphone still in warranty?
