Upgrading PC

Hi guys. I'm currently planning to upgrade my computer graphics card to Asus GTX770 from its older brother, the 570. Currently these are my PC specs.

Windows 7 64bit OS
CPU Intel Core i5-2500
PSU Silverstone Strider 700W
GPU Asus GTX 570 DCII 1280MD5
SSD Kingston Hyper X 120GB
MOBO Asus P8Z68-V LX
FAN Cooler Master Fan 120mm x3
RAM Kingston RAM 4GB x2
HDD Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Case Cooler Master Elite 430 (1 pre-installed 120mm fan)
Samsung DVDRW ST

My PC has been around for about 3-4 years now. Would my PC's specs be suffice for me to just upgrade ONLY the graphics card (GTX770)? Or would I have to upgrade some other components as well? Thanks for your help.

Just a question. This is my current build for my future pc.

Core i5 2500
Seasonic S12 II 620W
ASUS P8Z68-V LX
Kingston Pc1333 D3 4gbx2
ASUS ENGTX560 TI DCU II TOP
2TB Hitachi 64M 7200 RPM

If i were to change my GPU to gtx570, would i need to change my mobo or PSU? Thanks.

3-3.5k gaming pc

Sup pc sifus, need your feedback and support. Making a 3-3.5k gaming pc with the intention of gaming, watching movies/tvshows and music(alot). I'm not really the heavy-type gamer, just the casual and moderate one who plays anything and everything; shooters, rpg, mmo, etc. I don't intend on overclocking my pc(don't really know how to also). Already got the peripherals; mouse, keyboard, monitor (23").

I did some research of my own and came up with my own build and see if can change anything based on your opinions. I also intend to make this pc future-proofed so it can take anything till 2013-2014 until the next best thing comes out.

Gonna get the case from modernopc @subang either Thermaltake V3 Full Black Edition Mid-Tower ATX Casing or Cooler Master Elite 430 All Black Casing both rm149 and some fans for better ventilation.

Gonna buy next month, and also heard that new stuff is coming out so i hope the current stuff will be cheaper, maybe i could get a GTX570 and/or core i7 and maybe a sound card for good measure, advice? Thanks.
