ok story goes like this

just now at a KTM station parking, i stopped there(waiting to fetch someone home actually) with aircon on, minding my own business in the car

two policemen come out from nowhere, knock on the side window, ask me to come down from the car

this is what happened
polizei: what are you doing here?
me: waiting to pickup people, and the train wasnt here yet
polizei: *ask for my ic* (not complaining ler, you walk on the street also sometimes they check your IC for nothing, though i havent been in that situation before)
me: okok, *show ic*, then ask politely if i did anything wrong waiting for people here
polizei: *didnt answer, and use their torchlights to check my car cabin, and they later ask me to open my boot*
me: i went , but i dont want to cause any trouble, so i just open my boot and let them check(there's nothing inside, only spares, and tools)
polizei: *check check, look see look see* ok you did nothing wrong, we are just checking, and they left
me:

my question here is: i did nothing wrong, they found nothing wrong with me, can they actually search my boot without any warrant/documents?

Very low +5V reading

im using enlight twin fan 420W PSU

before this the PSU was used in a p4 rig, i've checked the readings of the +5v rail, the reading hovers around 4.9x to 5.0x V depend on CPU load

then i changed the PSU into another opty rig
the reading of the +5V rail fluctuates ALOT, the reading ranges from 2.9v to around 4.8v
4.8v only comes out when the CPU is under full load, when idling, the reading drops to 2.x~3.x v

however the +12v and +3.3v rails are very stable, reading only fluctuates around 0.01v

is my PSU faulty? or isit the motherboard's sensors problem?

my motherboard is a GA-K8NSC-939 bios F8
