Aware of SNS computer shop in Ipoh!

Dear bros and sisters,

Just a sharing with you all (especially those who lives in Ipoh)!!!

I have bought a C****Q laptop with this computer shop called SNS in Ipoh, Greentown. At that particular promotion, I was offered with 1 + 2 years warranthy by this computer shop.

Unfortunately, after one year of using, I had some minor problem with the internal parts. Ultimately, I sent the laptop back to SNS to repair.

I was asked to pay RM 30 EVERYTIME for sending in (NO MATTER MY LAPTOP SPOILT ANOT). I believe, is more than 5 times i paid RM30.

Last resort, I took out the invoice and showed them about the 1 +2 years warranthy and claimed for repair. SNS employee showed me super unfriendly attitude and claimed is my fault of not sending in the warranthy card at the time for registration. Hence, the warranthy is not valid anymore.

First of all, I never receive any warranthy card when I bought this laptop.

Ultimately, I went to C****Q service center to complaint and they claimed that the warranthy which is Care-Pack is not a FOC thingy and it varies on computer shops to give as attraction to customers.

What i realized is, THIS IS AN VERY UNETHICAL WAY to C.H.E.A.T the customers! Just imagine if your laptop does not have any problem within these 3 years, the shop can sell this CARE-PACK to other customers for RM190.

Since they have already stated in the INVOICE, 1 +2 years warranthy, this CARE-PACK should be given to the customer for free and not cheating their money AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN!!!

Anyway, Just becareful on the warranthy if you are purchasing laptops or destops with the dealers!

p/s : I heard that the CARE-PACK is cost roughly RM190. The girl was very rude to my dad, who is already 60 years old. She is a short, tanned, shoulder-length hair lady with spec.
