WTA - How to set CAPS LOCK on for iPhone?

This may seem silly but I tried asking many friends who own iPhone and they don't know how.

I know this can be done because one day I accidentally don't know pressed what button combination while typing on my iPhone and the CAPS LOCK was turned on. I then pressed the Caps button again and it was set off. I never knew how to turn it back on again.

What I mean is nto the usual one letter per Caps Lock, I know that we press that button to type a Capital Letter, but only a letter/alphabet, what I wish to ask is what is the button combination to turn the Caps Lock On all the time, good to type in forms, etc in block letters, or to type codes, etc.

Thanks for looking and appreciate any answers.

Please be kind and don't censure me too much. Thanks!
