Emergency 101

I'm not sure where to actually post this. But I could really use and appreciate the help here.

Am someone who has High BP and stroke can come without much warning. Have so far been blessed to survive 2x ministrokes (transient ischemic attack aka TIA).

I fetch the kids to school in the mornings (after spouse has left for work), so there are times I wonder if I kena stroke during that window (where my spouse has already left for work) - how can the kids (below 5yo) call/seek for help?

How can I setup a system or teach them to call for help in the event I am incapacitated/paralyzed(no longer able to communicate) without any other adult around?

Appreciate any tips & tricks, TIA! (pun not intended)

Additional Input:
1. The immediate neighbors (left and right) are probably not around as they have left for work too.
2. We don't have an "old-school" landline telephone in the home, only mobile devices which are password-locked (for screen time control)

Issue :-
I01. We (the office) have a few units of over 3 year-old Hewlett-Pack's All-In-One desktops - and they have been running/loading really slow, from the booting-up/shutting down, opening MS files (excel/word) takes a long loading time and when it does open it works so slow to display the input we have keyed-in, it's also slow when shutting down .

We don't even run our AUTOCAD and MS Project on them any more as it will almost always take forever to load.

Processor : Intel Pentium N3700
RAM : 2GB

Windows 10

Query :-
Q01. Are these AIO model's upgradable, if yes - what would be the recommended upgrade-parts?

SYABAS Reconnection Fees

Long story short,
Syabas want to cut the water supply as the property changed hand (sold) a year ago but only last month did the previous owner cut off the water account. (we do pay the monthly Syabas bill on-time).

Now the Syabas employee that came over to inspect, he offer to reconnect and open new account for a flat fee of MYR 500.00. All i have to give him is a black and white copy of my nric.

I have no idea what the actual fee is to re-instate the water supply, can anyone share how much it actually costs? Just want to avoid over-paying.

I'm looking for (if possible, a FREE) E-leave software for a SME with roughly 25 employees. Currently handling the HR, and the paperwork for leave application/approval is just ridiculous.

Has anyone tried it out? If yes, how is it - would you recomend it?

Would appreciate any recomendations to ease the paperwork, better if to eliminate the paperwork completely

If worst comes to worst - budget for E-leave application (one time payment preferably) - RM1,000
Hopefully no monthly payment to maintain the service and etc...just a time payment to get the E-leave software service.

Hi there..I'm looking to change my current phone and would like to know which phones(below) you would get and why when compared to one another.

First up,
SonyEricson Neo V takes on Nokia 700.
Both have more or less the same specs, difference being the 700(eco-friendly,100% recyclable) using symbian Belle and Neo V using Android(gingerbread, upgradable to ICS).
Their prices are the same as well, ranging between RM920-950.
Which one would you get, and why?

On a pricier side,
Arc/Arc S against Nokia's N9.
The Arcs and N9 also have more or less the same specs and features, price-wise - Arcs are around RM1,450 and N9 at 1,700.
Same Q, which would you get, and why?

Hi all,

I was previously looking for a QS course(part-time basis), but the response is kinda slow, to the extent that some of the universities themselves are not replying my emails.

So I've decided to broaden my range of courses to any part-time courses that are essential for the construction and/or interior design industry.

The preferable location of the institute would be around Petaling Jaya - along the LDP stretch but only up to Sunway

I currently hold a degree in commmerce(accountancy) and am working full-time as an accounts asst from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm.

I'm really keen on futhering my studies in the fields I mentioned above, any recommendation and suggestions from you will be much appreciated.

CPU Start-Up Issue

The cpu is a compaq presario Pentium 4, running on 256MB ddr, 60gb hdd, Windows XP Home Ed...it's been around for 3-4 years now, and been cast-aside for quite some time now.

So when I tried to power it up yesterday, it wouldn't start up. I went on to check the power supply and all, pushed the power-up button again and it started for a split second, a mere split second, and then it offed. I tried turning it on again but had to wait until a minute before it could power up to its usual self.

Now (the 3rd time), each time I want to power it up, I would have to press the power/start-up button twice. The first press would cause it to start only a split second. It would start-up only after about a minute when I press it for the second time.

How can I make it start-up like a normal cpu?
Has there been any mis-wiring? Power supply not strong enough to boot it up? The start-up button needs replacing?

*After the first boot, I took apart.. dismantled it's entire interior - removing the rams/hdd/drives/belts and motherboard to dust-off. I also added an additional HDD which I took from an even older cpu. So even after putting everything back into place once I've done cleaning them, the power/start-up problem is still there.

What can I do to solve it and what should I get to improve the cpu as a whole(let's say, upgrading it to be capable of supporting The Sims 3)?
Appreciate all the help I could get

**No..I have no intention of getting a new cpu..
Plus,what do I do with the extra belts (Master,slave,cpu board)? Is there a place that recycles old cpu components?
