Hi, i am currently doing my internship at a quiet famous company in malaysia (not multinational though). During my internship i found out that some of their staff just resign not too long ago and they are in need of new staff to fill in the empty post. One of the manager at the company had offered my the opportunity to work there after intern (after my intern i will finish my studies as my uni only let us do our intern after final year after exams and fyp).

I found out that the staff left/ go to singapore find work due to 2 main reasons:
1) too much pressure
2) can get better salary at singapore

so should i take the offer? if i take i'm sure to get lots of guidance as the company need to train new ppl to do the works. Or i should apply to work at singapore like many of my friends?
