Is the curriculum recommended by Plato–literature,history,mathematics and philosophy adequate for today's students?

Taking up ACCA without interest

I just got my STPM results and it's not so good as my CGPA 2.00 couldn't get me into public university. I want to continue studying in private university but I have no idea what course should I take as I have no particular interest. My parents,relatives and friends encouraged me to take up ACCA as it'll provide me with a good career in the future. However, I don't have any Accounting background except for when SPM I took Prinsip Perakaunan with a B3. I looked up for ACCA past year exam papers and looking at them caused me to lose my confidence. Is it possible to pass ACCA even if I don't have much interest in it?
