TM charging 210 for 30mbps line

Hi would like to ask for some help and insight about TM's contract.

So, long story short, I applied for TM's unifi 30mbps in 2018 for RM147+ and the contract ended in April this year. ( I never got to change to the RM89 package because...contract) I wasn't aware that the contract ended and TM did not inform me (no call, message, email) but they automatically charged me the "original package" price which was supposed to be RM199+. I ended up having to pay 3 months of rm210+ with tax etc while I was trying to get them to revert their charges and then later I changed my line to maxis and they delayed it.

Even after complaining to SKMM,TM's reply is still the exact same, that the contract ended therefore automatically I pay the original price.They never ever address the no contact/no call/ no informing part that I complained about. I wasn't told my contract is ending and they never asked me if I still wanted to continue their services etc. I'm wondering if I can challenge them on this issue? Thanks in advance

Edit: Also how legal is it for them to charge RM199 for 30mbps? Or we actually have no law about this yet and right now prices are lowered just because the ex-gov pushed for it and now it's possible for providers to raise it without consequence? (except for the rakyat's fury)
