SOS! Recovering Overwritten MS Word 2010 file

Hi all,

I need helps from you guys on how to recover the lost MS Word 2010 file.
The file name is Contents.docx which was mistakenly overwritten and the PC has been restarted once.
Could anyone out there suggest a good methods or reliable programs to recover this file?
I have try those methods from MS webpage but it doest work.
Please help! the file is crucial for my project.
