I've recently bought a 16" used sports rim with tyres online and now my old 17" I plan to sell. Do any of u know a shop where I can go to fix on(pasang) the 16" rims and sell the 17" to them?

Somewhere which offers a good price for my old sports rim.. And will pasang for me the 16" with balancing and alignment service..
