Electrolysis in radiator

Recently replaced thermostat and decided to do some flush then coolant. Previously only used filtered water for years but with frequent changing to keep rust buildup low.

Now the flushing is done, just ran through the engine with filtered water to remove leftover flushing chemicals, I checked the voltage from coolant to ground and got 70mV, goes up to 250mV when the fan kicks in.
Not a problem since 0-300mV is the safe level for radiator electrolysis.

But then when I using coolant + distilled water, roughly 40-60 mix, the voltage gone up to 370mV even when everything off and negative terminal disconnected.

Should I just keep using normal water or what?

[WTA] Graphic Card Incompatibility?

I has an ASUS GTX 750Ti single fan that returned to me after being sold, twice, for the same reason.
Both buyers complained that the card caused their system to not boot up while their spare cards and iGPU worked fine.
The card itself is kept unused and sealed till it is sold to first buyer.
When I test it on my desktop, it works flawlessly. Same goes for my friend's desktop.
As of now, there are 6 desktop that had this card fitted in, 3 worked well and 3 otherwise.
The only comparable difference (AFAIK) is the age of system and firmware (legacy BIOS vs UEFI).
The 3 desktop that worked are old LGA 775, LGA771 and a branded HP Sandy Bridge, whereas the 3 that didn't are Haswell / Skylake based custom PC.
Both buyers seems to have experience with PC, so I doubt they didn't try troubleshooting on their side.
My concern is that does the card incompatible with modern platform, which most probably utilises UEFI.
Does firmware incompatibility is a thing and is it dependent on mobo side or graphic card side?
Can this problem be considered a product defect?
Can it be fixed in some way, like BIOS update/flashing if its indeed firmware problem?
Side note : My focus on firmware is because that's the only thing left I can think of, also my other card is specified to be UEFI compatible.
Hope sifus of LYN can give some insight .
