Can't Merge Call

I am using iphone 4 (with digi plan) and when I try to merge 2 calls,
it somehow connect both calls at a split seconds then it failed after that.

Anyone encounter the same problem?

Why All My Incoming Calls Show 'INKNOWN'?

I just bought iphone4.

I have keyed in all my contacts info
but when someone calls me, I could not see his/her name displaying on the screen
It only appears 'UNKNOWN'

Anyone having the same problem here?
How to solve it? Thanks!
