I had my ACL completely torn and meniscus cracked during a badminton game. I'm currently living in Vietnam. After due consideration, I decided to go back to Malaysia to have an ACL surgery. Does anyone know any good hospital in KL or Penang?

My hotlink no expired 5 days ago. I called hotlink customer service to request for reactivation but still no news to date. Is there any possible way for me to reactivate this number from overseas? I'm currently not in Malaysia and i need this urgently. Please help.
