There was a meeting held on Oct. 22nd. 2011.

This meeting, we heard the Liquidator briefly mentioned the revival
of this abandoned project by a party whom are in the midst of working
out a proposal for the home owners.
This proposal will be ready sometime late Nov. or early Dec. And for the proposal
to be accepted, 75% of owners need to be agreeable to it. If without the 75% the
project cannot take-off.

After more then 10 years, we wouldn't want it to wait another 10years to see
your home being built right. Hope the the people who read this can highlight
it to their friends and get the owners to come forward.

Most records by developer are not complete and after more then 10years the liquidator
find it very difficult gather the complete project data .

Also. a Proteem Committee has been set up in this meeting on a voluntary basis to
help work out a solution to get this project moving.
