Still on dilemma want to rent or sale my house....
if i stick to rent the house its easy between me & tenant sign the tenancy agreement and stamped it
but if i stick to sell my house it is possible i sell directly to potential buyer without
using real state agent or broker service?

Anyone got experience before can give/guide me how to make my house selling process smoother...
Normally how much comm (%$) for real state agent service.....Sorry coz im noob in this...

the main point to restructure my personal financial coz now to pay both houses..
