UniFi router AP setup

Hi,

My UniFi modem was L7 NR2000. Sadly the number of Wi-Fi devices in my house is growing too much (>10) and was told to get a new router and set as AP.

Went to Lowyat All IT to get a ASUS router. They told me to set my modem to Static IP and disabled something called DHCP. Can anyone guide me through it? Thank you.

If I were to set up using Static IP, what should I fill in the box below?

Hi, I'm using TorrentDay and IP Torrent where you need to keep a certain upload to download ratio to keep the account alive. However, Streamyx upload speed is just horrible.

Hence, I passed by Seedbox and saw these 2 links.

This is pure speculation at the moment but, this could be an indication that Maxis is allocating its resources in preparation to launch the iPhone 4S here in Malaysia.
