I have been working as auditor for 6 years. Currently, i am 33 year old married man, earning 5.5k basic per month.

After married, I felt exhausted from audit line due to long working hours and it doesn't pay me well.

KUALA LUMPUR - Tersentuh dengan penyewa rumah yang terkesan akibat penularan wabak koronavirus (Covid-19), seorang pengurus agensi takaful melaksanakan inisiatif murni dengan memberi sewa rumah percuma selama enam bulan kepada penyewa-penyewanya bermula Mac ini.

Lebih mengharukan, individu berkenaan, Nazrizz Nasir, 35, bersama isterinya, Emma Sullaiman turut memberi jaminan kepada ketiga-tiga penyewa rumah mereka di sekitar kawasan Lembah Klang untuk membantu meringankan kehidupan keluarga terbabit sekiranya mereka memerlukan.

Nazrizz berkata, keputusan itu dibuat setelah beliau menerima kiriman pesanan WhatsApp daripada dua penyewa rumahnya yang memaklumkan mereka dicutikan tanpa gaji oleh majikan yang terkesan teruk susulan pelaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) oleh kerajaan bermula 18 Mac lalu.

Menurutnya, beliau menyedari kehidupan kesemua penyewa rumahnya berkemungkinan akan bertambah buruk selepas ini susulan masalah kegawatan ekonomi berlaku akibat Covid-19 dijangka akan berterusan untuk satu tempoh panjang.

"Memandangkan saya tidak perlu membayar pinjaman perumahan saya kepada bank susulan pengumuman moratorium enam bulan oleh Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), maka saya bagi percuma juga kepada penyewa-penyewa saya selama enam bulan ini bagi membantu mengurangkan beban disebabkan Covid-19.

Nazrizz mengumumkan pemberian sewa percuma selama enam bulan kepada semua penyewa rumahnya melalui Facebook malam tadi. Gambar kiri, Pendedahan pesanan WhatsApp antara Nazrizz dan salah seorang penyewa rumahnya yang terkesan akibat Covid-19.

"Terima kasih juga kepada kerajaan Malaysia dan BNM kerana mengambil langkah bijak membantu mereka yang terkesan akibat Covid-19," katanya sewaktu dihubungi Sinar Harian hari ini.

Inisiatif Nazrizz itu turut diuar-uarkan beliau melalui satu hantaran di laman sosial Facebook pada malam tadi dan menerima respons positif daripada ratusan warganet.

Nazrizz juga turut berharap lebih ramai pemilik rumah sewa mengambil inisiatif sama seperti beliau bagi membantu negara dan mereka yang terkesan dengan wabak penularan Covid-19.

"Apa yang saya harapkan, semua rakyat Malaysia berganding bahu bersama-sama mendepani Covid-19 dan semoga lebih ramai tuan rumah turut sama membantu negara dan mereka yang terkesan dengan wabak itu," katanya.

Pada 25 Mac lalu, Perdana Menteri, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin mengumumkan langkah penangguhan bayaran serta penstrukturan semula pinjaman bank membabitkan nilai sekurang-kurangnya RM100 bilion dalam usaha membantu rakyat menghadapi kesan Covid-19 di negara ini.

Beliau berkata, bank-bank tempatan akan menawarkan moratorium atau penangguhan bayaran balik sehingga enam bulan kepada peminjam individu serta perusahaan kecil dan sederhana (PKS), bermula 1 April.

Buying a house with parent money

I had quarrel with my GF over buying a property. In the end, is finally resolved. The story is like this:

a. We planned to married in 2 years. Initially, both of us agree the amount and trying to save the money for the purpose.

b. Recently, GF booked a property (RumahWIP) and now still under balloting process. The reason GF buy the house because i cant buy a property with my financial problem. After that my Mother found out my financial problem and my mother help me clear my personal loan (about RM10k). Of coz, after this incident, i really give very bad impression to my mother and my GF.

c. Since then, my GF advise me that i to be start strong by not using my mother money anymore (for marriage, house or anything) and repay to my mother. GF also expect me for contributing a big chuck of saving for the marriage due to GF commitment for the house loan (RumahWIP) if approve. So i agree with that too.

NOW, my mother planning to buy a house by using my name and help me pay rm200k downpayment.

a. My mother is retired and hope to move out from the current living area for new area with good security. Furthermore, my younger bro went to jail due to some "bad people" living around our current area. (PS: My bro will be release from jail in 2027, by the time, i hope my bro will stay at new area. I also hope i will own another property so that me and my wife could stay together, maybe? Only God will know.) Therefore, we decided to move out at least my mother and bro could stay away from current area.

b. My mother know i cannot fork out the downpayment and decided help me for the house. However, if i have maruah and dont accept, my mother and my bro will continue living in current area. Probably my mother will disappointed with me too. On the other side, my GF told me before that not using mother money. Actually, my gf really tolerate me until this extent. And i dont wan to hurt her feeling again.

What should i do?

I male, 31 yo, single and never took any vaccine since PMR in school. I am planning to get medical checkup and vaccine. But there is plenty vaccine around. I am very confused which vaccine important. I scare the body checkup centre will recommend me to take all vaccine. I google these vaccine from the net and cant believe so many types

I got this girl contact through dating apps, Coffee Meet Bagels and both of us have been texting, voice and video call until very late for couple of days. To be exact, we haven't physical met and less than 1 month. Both of us has been sharing a lots of topic. Today, she hint me she got feeling on me and i was joking around. I understand i maybe more than a friend to her and it doesn't mean she like me. I didn't expected our transition of relationship developed so fast. Now i am dilemma and i don't want to hurt her feeling. What should i do.

(Btw: She agree to date with me on coming Saturday for the first time)

2 Sep update:

Yesterday (1 Sept) went out dating with her and everything was so well. I actually met her a night before (31 Aug) because i bought her some branded chocolate as birthday present. That was the first time to see her in real person.

The following morning, I coming from Taman OUG arrived her house at Sri Gombak around 11am sharply. Then, she brought her homemade cake for me to try. Then we had lunch, movie on couple seat at GSC Paradigm Mall, dinner at SS2 Murni and sending her home around 10pm.

When watching movie, I feel uneasy when i lay my back on the seat as there is a block in between of our seat for arm resting. I intended to take out the block and she refused it. When i ask her about the block, she told me she enjoy sitting close to me and she felt disconnected with me if there is a block between us.

Today we texting, she praised me for being gentlemen and made her very comfortable. Moreover, she was expecting i hold her hand during dating. She hoping another movie session (title: The Nun ) on following weekend.

(BTW: she have informed her parents about my existence such as my fb profile.)
