curently my pc using dis system

Proc - Amd athlon 2 x3 440
Mobo - M4a77td
Gpu - Gtx 280 nvidia
Psu - Cm Gx 750 watt
Ram - kvr kingston 1333 4gb
Casing -Cm usp100
Monitor -Dell St2210

For Now in my mind i just wan upgrade to i-7 2600k since i wan oc its + i wan buy a Mobo like sabertooth p67 ?? issit the besh choice ~ c0z i wan sli its too ~ n wan buy a Gpu gtx 560 ti ~
Curently My budget around Rm 3k ++ ~ i Hope Pr0 can help me too decide its ~
