wta about gsm repeater doesnt work

hello and gud morning.. i wan to ask. anybody hve exprienced with gsm repeater?

i buy this thing last year (rm450)
i m currently work at sarawak. mobile signal here only have on the top of the hill beside my school. already setup gsm repeater. so in signal reception turn from 1 to full line . the problem is i cant make a call or text anybody even the signal is full.

anybody? got any idea how to solve? already contact suplier, they change the anthena but second anthena also got same probs..pliss help me
