Serverfreak seemed to have best customer service and their support are very helpful

SiteGround reputation seemed to be quite good except that several complains that once your site is heavy loaded, they will shut down due to high CPU usage.

1. Graduates at age of 23/24

2. Study loan of 50k

3. Property price averagely cost around 500k

4. Down payment and legal fee would cost : 75k

5. Assuming salary with good increment every year either good performance or jumping companies

First year : 2.5k
Second year : 3.5k
Third year : 4.5k
Fourth year : 5.5k
Fifth year : 6k -6.5k

6. Factor in living cost

With high inflation rate and property price increase annually, how you all manage you finance to get your first home before age of 30?

Leadtek GTX970 fan problem

Hi guys I have one leadtek GTX970 that has this problem for one full year and tomorrow will be officially 3 years old which is out of warranty.

I had packed the graphic card and put it in my store eventually wanted to send for warranty claim at TechView IT solution but they seemed to reluctance since I had claimed for the same problem previously.

So I had keep it and think of getting rid of it or get it to be repair?

If repair, roughly how much do I need to fork out? If sell it to other user, how much can I get? Think of getting the 1080ti if I sell it off.

Transfer Parts Between Locked iPhone and Broken iP

Hi guys, I am using my iPhone 6 for years and unfortunately I broke the LCD screen last week.

I had consult the apple reseller and they would charge RM900 to replace the LCD screen.

Just wondering if I buy one of the iCloud Lock phone, would it be possible to get the LCD screen transfer to my phone?

Or can I just transfer my Motherboard/storage from my existing phone to the locked id phone?

If yes, how much do usually technician would charge for switching the part around?

Guys, my sister was hit and run by a toyota vios. There are two guy in the car and when my sister asked them to stop, they act like nothing happen and ignore. How sad when these two macho guys so irresponsbile and bully a girl driver like this? This incidence happened at Jalan Damai at 5pm.

Hello guys, one of the fan in my Leadtek GTX970 blowing @ crazy max speed produce loud sound out of the chassis meanwhile one side of the fan not spinning at all. The card is still under warranty. Anyone could advise me how to fix it or is it possible to RMA it?

If yes, the RMA process roughly would take about how long?

Hello all,

After three years of usage, my right part of the Dell U2312HM seemed to has obvious yellow tinted problem.

Does yellow tinted problem cover under Dell Warranty?

IF yes, do I get a one to one replacement(refurbish or new) or send it to be repair?

If it needed to be send to repair, I think I might as well upgrading the monitor and sell my U2312HM when it return to me.

Any good monitor that is about RM2k (maximum 2.5k) ?

Hello all, Do you guys leave your pc on 24/7 for downloading/torrenting or using a separate to downloading 24/7?

I am concern about the lifespan of the main rig if using it for 24/7 for downloading stuffs. I just bought a rig that cost about 8k and wondering is it a need to buying a separate rig to doing the 24/7 downloading stuffs?

Please advise accordingly. If yes, please recommend me some build for a basic downloading rig..

Is it possible to use the basic download rig and at the same time as a NAS for a small home network? If yes,please guide accordingly too..
