do you all have any ideal that some file is in PDF format but it able us to fill in the blanks and even able to duplicate words in 2 cells, and some minor calculation.

dear Sifu,

Currently were purchase a house, booking form is signed and loan approved!

Somehow owner only able to get S&P to sign on coming Oct, now both the agent and loan financial keep chasing me to sign the loan aggrement. as per their suggestion, if loan aggrememt not sign now, will need another round of document submission of loan on oct and it take time.

Let say everything goes smooth, then should not be a problem.

My question is, let say this transaction is fail due to whatever reason and if I signed the Loan agreement, will I need to bear the penalty charges and processing fees by both loan laywer and bank?

Should I sign the agreement now? I am not rushing to purchase the house actually!

a subsales house with S&p legal fees, house price at RM120k low cost flat.

Legal fees quotated at rm 4168

I feel so expensive as last time I bought my 225k house only at rm 3k ++ legal fees(1St house with 50 oft on stamp duty)

Currently I using KuWo, a music app installed in iPhone,
Listen and to download music as well in my
iPhone.

Want to ask, any method to transfer the song which I previously downloaded via KuWo, from my iPhone to computer?

Try iTunes but, it not allowed to read data in the KuWo.

Monitor Problem

Monitor problem..

My monitor recently facing a problem,

once window stared, it like display for 2 seconds and the screen automatically turn off (turn to blank).

and i turn off the monitor by on off button and turn on again, it like display for 2 seconds and screen auto turn off/turn blank again. repeat and repeat!

Any one can help?

My monitor died ??
