Tech Lead

As a tech lead, you will be able to bring AI chatbot to more companies that will streamline their customer experience. You will coordinate between software and business team, help prioritize, plan and breakdown requirements to ensure delivery before deadlines. You would identify software architectural requirements, discuss with teammates and lay them in sight for execution. Along the journey, guide teammates towards quality software by coordinating peer code reviews on feature deliveries and sharing tips and tricks on software design, you are also expected to help with features delivery by coding (ideally, you should strike a balance between coding & leading). You get to form your dream team getting like-minded individuals on board, drive good workplace culture, and assist the team by discovering and overcoming obstacles in their coding journey.

Requirements:
- Led a team (of 5 & above) in completing software requirements against a tickling timeline, worked in a Scrum-like environment
- Understands software design concepts, i.e. SOLID, DRY
- Understands software automation & workflow. i.e. CI/CD pipelines, scripts, tooling
- Familiarity with JavaScript and any front end frameworks
- Have a few years of experience in medium-large scale backend development with C#/TypeScript AND/OR any of the more modern and productive backend languages: Golang, Python, Elixir (you also appreciate them, with understanding of the pros and cons of the languages' design)

- Have good communication skills and strong command of the English language
- Possesses sense of humour and can withstand pressure in the face of deadlines

Software Engineer

Requirements:

Front-End Engineer

As a Front-End Engineer, your day-to-day job involves building user-facing web applications that are simple, delightful, and focused to help accelerate the users' workflow. You would join in on discussions and give insights on eliminating user's pain points, putting UI & UX design principles into practice. Software should be built for the long term, so while you are not creating, you would assist in software designing, testing, maintenance, and help develop software processes that speeds up the front-end workflow. Occasionally, you would get exposed to designing in PS/AI and copywriting, aligned to give the users the best experience.

Requirements:
- Passionate in making digital products easy-to-use & delightful
- Some familiarity in tools surrounding modern web applications
i.e. React/Vue, Redux, Webpack, GraphQL etc

Anyone purchased a S-Video 4 pin to Component (NOT composite) converter?

My TV does not have S-video input, only
1) composite
2) component
3) HDMI

Astro Max output only has
1) S-Video
2) Composite

I have compared between composite and s-video and the difference is alot. Not so much of sharpness or clarity but color accuracy. Composite colors are over saturated (very red and blue) while s-video is more accurate in color.

So, any device that can convert S-Video to Component? Anyone seen/bought one in Jalan Pasar?

8 ohm speakers on 4 ohm amp

I have those HITB which has a rating on 4 ohm on the amp output. Can i upgrade and use an 8 ohm speakers which is more commonly found on bookshelf speakers on it?
