JPA Scholar wants to change course MAJOR in Degree

Hello I'm a JPA scholar in Swinburne Sarawak, currently articulating from Foundation to Degree. Apparently I was offered Bachelor of Commerce (Management) for degree in the scholarship contract.

Before the commencement of my Foundation studies, I've asked Swinburne Sarawak can I still change my major or not. They asked me to wait until my Foundation ends. So now I've done my Foundation and request for a change. As expected, they asked me to write in to JPA to get their permission to change from Bachelor of Commerce (Management) to Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)]. The fees and everything is the SAME.

So, I'm just wondering will the gov department look into it? I'm afraid they might terminate my contract, blacklist me or what lol. Okay I think too much. Well, I got GPA 4.0 for last semester and got 99/100 for Accounting. Is that a good reason to change my major (good enough for them) ? If you have any ideas please share alright. Thanks a lot Waiting for your reply, your kindness is highly appreciated

Came across few articles & saw that we can appeal for jpa ?
So what should I do if I wanna do so?
Just email to them?No?
Letter in BM or BI?
Fill in the MCA form & fax to them?

PLEASE HELP. The deadline is today? So can I still actually submit it today or what? .__.

I'm having a big headache now
I applied for PILN Jpa Scholarship for Business (Sastera Ikhtisas)

SPM results : 9A+ & 1A
Then now I got Business Studies Fondation + Bachelor in
Swinburne University of Technology in Sarawak Campus.

I'm currently pursuing SAM in Taylor's College. I'm doing well in it.
And my dream is to enter top Uni in Aussie.
I can save lots of $$ if I take JPA scholarships right?

IDK HOW ?!

HELP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE. Gimme ur opinions & comments about the UNI or blaa.
Can I even have the chance to appeal ? To Aussie?

AND ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG IS THE BOND FOR THE GOV AFTER COMPLETION OF PROGRAM ?

Hello there, I've got 9A+ & 1A for SPM 2010.
Applied for JPA scholarship & chosen for interview.
-Business course (Sastera Ikhtisas) & preferable country - Australia.

Any experience people?
What are the questions they often ask?
What is a must for the preparation?
What to wear How formal? I'm a Chinese- Baju Kurung?
Must we be able to speak in Malay too besides English?
They using English to ask right?

Seriously need help here. Do post ur comments & opinions
