Insurance issue - Adjuster ignoring me

Hi, can anyone help with this situation?

On April 20th, my wife had an accident where she swerved to avoid a cat and hit a tree. She was very nervous and didn’t take any photos at the time. A nearby family heard the crash and came out to help her.

The car was sent to the official Honda Workshop for repairs. The insurance adjuster gave an initial quote but seemed suspicious of our claim. They sent a third-party adjuster to interview us on May 15th, saying there’s no proof the accident happened where we said. They mentioned the lack of brake marks and the tree not being damaged as reasons for their suspicion.

I have provided some evidence, like call logs, a notification from Honda saying the airbag deployed, trip logs showing the accident location, and invited the helpful family to confirm this.

Since then, the adjuster has not replied, and today is June 21st. I’ve called the Insurance multiple times, but they say they’re still waiting on the adjuster. I've also tried contacting the adjuster directly several times but haven't received any response or callbacks.

So what can I do... It's being 2 months now since the accident..

Problem on streamyx 2mb up to 4mb

Hi,

I live in Mantin,Negeri Sembilan.Recently i decided to upgrade my 2mb streamyx to 4mb.tomorrow i will go TM centre in Seremban and request 4mb.My 2mb was upgraded from 1mb last year. When upgrading,the technician said my area cannot upgrade to 4mb but 2mb can.Recently i heard that Mantin Area can upgrade to 4mb and my friend does, but different Taman(quite far away, i think around 3km).So my problem is ..

Will my area get 4mb ? If cant , will changing the copper line can solve the problem ? Cost ?

hi there.

Yesterday i received my stpm result. I was quite sad with the result that i got . My result is

Pa->C+
Chem->C-
Physic->D+
Maths->F
CGPA = 1.33

I know that i cannot enter U.. Problem is i am trying go UTAR study IT (degree).The min requirement is 2 principal passes. I really quite confuse with "principal pass", someone say pp = C or above and somebody say pp=D or C+ . If the pp for UTAR is C or above , will i still have a chance to study in UTAR?

If not, which college can offer most cheapest price for study in IT ?
