What is E-Light Laser Hair Removal ?

E-Light system uses a technology called ELOS. It combines Optical (IPL) and Radio Frequency (RF) to deliver desired long lasting results regardless of the color of their hair or skin type.

The E-Light system uses optical energy to heat the hair shaft, combined with radio frequency, which heats and coagulates the follicle itself. The radio frequency is safer because it is not affected by skin color.

Rear tire noise after change to 15"....pls help me

My car is Wira 1.5 A/B Auto(2003), recently change from 175/70/R13 to 195/55/R15 tyre + new sports rims. Whenever I go through a rough bumpy road or after I run over a high road humps, I will hear some squeaking noise from my rear tyre. My steering also feel heavier and got some *tik* sound when i turn the steering to left or right. I know that I should change to 195/50/R15, but someone recommend me to go for 55 series for comfort, less bumpy & better protection for the rims. Is my wheel hit the rear fender? Or wheel bearing broken? Or wheel nuts loose? Should I change for better lowered sports springs (can suggest a good brand?) or just knock the fender inside the body? Please suggest a solution for me, thanks.

Local BSA or Taiwanese sport rims?

I'm looking to change my Wira 13" stock rims to brand new 15" sport rims. My budget is not more than 1.6k for 1 set of sport rims & new tyre (195/50/R15). I have heard lots of bad comment on local-made rims (JRD, BSA, BRM). But i think BSA should be better than JRD or should i go for Taiwanese rims. How come Tek Ming Auto in Sunway cost much cheaper than other tyre shops in KL? Tek Ming sell Taiwanese 15" rims for only RM799 but others sell around RM950-RM1.1k...

Is my fan working? Please Help

Does anyone know what is power fan and what is below threshold means? Is one of my fan not working anymore? I'm using Enlight ATX Tower casing that comes with 350W power supply (if not mistaken), bought in January 2004 and how do i check whether my power supply is 350W or not? Please help me, thanks in advance...
