May i know which brand should i choose for? i have only 4 user sharing the internet and some of them is heavy downloader that's y i need something to limit their speed.

so far i heard load balancer can do the trick.

In market there is 2 load balancer TP link and D link which is better as in performance wise and quality.

Please give advise or suggestion. Thanks and sorry for my poor english~

i'm new to the hardware but i wish to buy the hardware separately.
so what should i buy with budget below RM3000.
I am a online game addictor,
below here is what i going to buy:
- Intel core i5 (from internet I5 have 760,2300,2400,2500,2500k what is that ? >.<)
- mainboard gigabyte but they have 2 type of CS H67,P67 *what is CS？
- Memory 2 kingston 4GB as i want to use 64bit OS (how to know the mainboard socket? 800? 1333?)
- power supply i want to buy cooler master 1(but which 1 is suitable ? higher power is it better?)
- then left the graphic card... may i know for online game only did i need to have high performance graphic card?

hard disk and monitor i already have so the budget only aim for those 5 item...

if u can share ur knowledge, i will really appreciate it. THX >.<"
