What the actual hell man... it's like my luck is a tennis ball being hit between good and bad luck THIS ENTIRE MONTH!

This has been a terrible month to begin with, I lost my job (company closed down) then found my new better paying job.

Reserved saving finished and have to go hungry for a day or two, /k/ come to my rescue.

My one and only precious thing that provide me with entertainment and joy for the last one year and 9 months dropped to the floor and THE SCREEN CRACKED!! So what next?? Gonna be touch down game point and end this cycle or gonna bounce me back to good luck and terrible luck again??

FML! Seriously!

Alright, I some experience as a hamster breeder, what you guys think if I prepare a package including cages, bedding and food (Self Repacked) along with 1 or 2 hamsters based on request and sell them as a set. for like RM 80 - 120?

Do you guys think people will buy? if not why?

Alright, anyone here faced this situation before? You just joined a new company, old company closed down tauke lari, salary for the last two month goes down the drain.

After paying bills and living frugally you end up cashless in the middle of the month (No money for food and transport other than the RM 30 left in the TNG you use for commuting to work, which will last 10 more working days)

What will you do in this situation? How to solve this issue? considering working in MCD part time, since near raya the price is awesome (Got free food, I hope) but only after working hours
after 7PM only available, will they hire?

Hello LYF

My name is Alfred and I sincerely need some advice here.

The situation is like this, I am late for my rent for May (This Month , I am aware that I am wrong, just been a tough month) , House owner has been chasing me (The tenant) and my Girl friend(Living with me) non-stop, We avoided him on this weekend 19/20 of May, because we have no way of obtaining additional funds to pay off our rent for May.

Now he threaten eviction, claiming to have lodge a police report saying his tenant (Me) has been avoiding him and he want to evict us if we don't pay by tomorrow (22/05/2018) , saying he will ask his "people" to forcefully remove our belongings, claiming back the property and void our 2 months and utility deposit in the process.

I was trying to propose for him to delay until the 1/6/2018 for us to pay 2 month directly with no delay (Rental for May and June) but he refused, saying he want us to pay by tomorrow or face eviction.

He has given no formal written notice (unless the whatapps message demanding payment by tomorrow is considered to be it) and he has no court order.

So my question is can he forcefully evict us? what can I do about this? I am thinking about lodging a police report for his harrassment on my girl friend as she was not in the tenancy between me and him.

My Friend Keep Getting Fired

He is holding his 5th or 6th job now, He is three years younger than me at 25, only the first job he work the longest is a factory being a logistic supervisor (more than two years here)

After that also supervisor in factory in logistic (1 year plus, got fired)

Then sakae sushi (less than 6 month resigned)

Then work in a hawker center (less than 6 month Fired)

Then property agency (less than 3 months FIRED)

Lastly a customer service with decent basic (RM3500, in the verge of getting fired)

when questioned what the hell is going on, he say it is not something he "likes" or "want" to do, "get fired" so what?

Thing is, two of the job I intro him, he is putting me in hot water with his mentality like this.

Sooo, I am thinking about getting a recon dell optiplex 7010 and upgrade the rig with MSI GT 1030 (Pre-overclocked) or regular zotac GT1030 which is RM 70 cheaper, and of course adding 4 more GB of ram.

Total price will be around RM 10xx-11xx

Will use this rig for work at home and light gaming such as CSGO, Dota 2, CIV 6 and oxygen not included.

worth the investment?? Does anyone have better suggustion for a rig less than RM1200? (Do not mind slowly upgrading monthly after paycheck)

Setelah sekian lama tidak kedengaran kisah pengguna telefon pintar meninggal dunia terkena kejutan elektrik ketika melakukan pengecasan, insiden ini berlaku lagi dan kali ini ianya telah meragut nyawa seorang remaja Vietnam berusia 14 tahun.

Le Thi Xoan, ditemui tidak sedar diri didalam bilik tidur beliau sebelum disahkan meninggal dunia selepas dikejarkan ke hospital oleh Ibu Bapa beliau.

Punca kematian Le Thi Xoan adalah disebabkan terkena kejutan elektrik ketika melakukan pengecasan Apple iPhone 6 yang mana kable pengecasan milik beliau mempunyai sedikit kerosakan yang mendedahkan wayar dalaman.

Beliau telah meletakkan iPhone 6 yang sedang dicas pada katil seperti sebelum ini namun malangnya beliau terkena kejutan elektrik.
