I just got my UPU results, and I got Bioteknologi Sumber UNIMAS.

May I know what exactly the course is about?
I'm actually confused with the word "sumber" there, is it Biotech or it's just a branch out of Bioteknologi ?

and also
May I know, the job prospect of Biotech in Malaysia? some said it's hard to get a job in Malaysia for Biotech after graduating
I heard that it's better for me to get a job in overseas, is it true?

I just got STPM result today

Pengajian Am A
Mathematics T C+
Chemistry C+
Biology B-

overall CGPA is 2.67

I want to apply Applied Science Courses, such as Food Science , Veterinarian, etc but I see most of the local uni minumum requirements are a minimum of CGPA 2.75; and a minimum of

Passed at least with B+ Grade in Biology at STPM/A-Level and
a) credit in Chemistry at SPM/O-Level, and

b) Passed at least with B+ Grade in Chemistry at STPM/A-Level and
credit in Biology at SPM/O-Level,

Do you think I should apply them or it is a waste of time and I should try other courses?
Are they any other courses to apply with my current results?

Please help me
