Automatic watch servicing in Penang

Hi all. I have a 2017 Tissot automatic watch that stops moving frequently (1/2 an hour to max 2 hrs) despite winding & wearing on wrist for longer than usual periods of time. Costs rm1000 plus to service in tissot centre KL.

I’m looking for a cheaper & reliable alternative.

Lenovo A316i push notifications problem

hi all

i have a lenovo a316i.
problem is i dont receive notifications for messages to both my telegram and whatsapp apps. the messages however do appear once the apps are opened.

what should i do?
I've tried reinstalling the apps and done phone factory reset but they make no difference.

hey good day guys..please help, I have a question to ask

Do we get arrested if we have outstanding summonses even though they're not blacklisted?
I have 7 and none of them are blacklisted (as I checked in MYEG). Some of them even date back to 2007.

Is there any other way than queuing up in balai trafilk (and apart from myeg) to know if our summonses are blacklisted or not?

wira weird starting problem

hi everyone!

ive got 2 wiras, '97 1.6 and '02 1.5 (both autos). i use 1.6 more frequently so the 1.5 basically just sits there absorbing the hot sun and heavy rain. once every week or so i'll start it and wait until few minutes after the normal temp reached and then shut it off.

just a few days back my brother came from kl and wanted to use it and but it wont start. he cranked many times but nothing happened, no sound or anytg, not even the 'tik tik tik' sound. all electronic parts worked normally. so once back from work, I tried my luck. IT STARTED LIKE MAGIC IN JUST ONE CRANK. took the car for a short spin and reparked the car at its usual place.

today again the same thing happened. this time with my sister, she tried for abt 20 minutes and gave up.
again back from work, straightaway proceeded to start it. and it worked just like the previous time. my sis said "this car obeys only to you" lol.
i even shut it off & restarted 3 times, and it started perfectly each time in just one crank.

what would the problem probably be?
battery is abt 8 mo. one thing, service is overdue, mileage is now past 5k from the last service (does that really affect) ?

wira 1.6 4G92P throttle body

hi all!

I understd this is a very2 common question but I find it hard to get answers plus most threads are very old.

recently my bro had issues with his wira 1.6 tb like improper idling esp when a/c switched on.
his mech found the prob to be the usual case, black part at bottom of tb melting.
helped him buy halfcut tb from mudah, took out bottom part (ISC valve), replaced gears, petrol cleaned whole tb (stock one), put new gasket and installed it back.

final result: 70% better especially during idle but, rpm still goes down when a/c switched on thus causing minor earthquake. to be precise, during idling:-
a/c OFF: 800rpm,
a/c ON: 300-400rpm (after few minutes climbs to 800rpm, but when a/c compressor next kicks in, rpm again goes back to 300-400, this happens evry 2 minutes or so)

what more should I do? i'm thinking of getting a new gear (ISC) repair set from ecsenang coz they claim theirs to be "Denso Made in Japan". (not sure if my mech used ori/local). and Im not really interested in FICD.

im in penang. can anyone recommend a trustable sincere honest mech....coz evrywhr i go most will say "wira memang ini mcm punya" or "ini throttle body mau tukar" without much test

im in island but willing to go to mainland if truly recommended
