CANCEL LOAN ISSUE

HELP NEEDED 1st time buy property

issue > bank loan approved is 2 names, LO > main edi sign, sub haven sign

SPA haven sign, haven meet lawyer, only main have met the banker and sign the LO paper and sub name haven sign bcoz at oversea they mail it and document received at oversea, haven sign yet by sub name

I tell Agent to cancel purchase, agent OK and SPA haven sign, haven meet lawyer

I tell the banker to cancel the loan, banker reply penalty of 1% from the loan amount.

is it possible to no penalty? I'm so confused, can the bank really do anything to me?
can I juz ignore the banker and dun wan reply their msg ,Since the property agent also say OK cancel no kacau me. but the banker say got a penalty 1%

the reason I say can I ignore them coz the entire LO document is not submitted and is not fully signed, it was mail to sub name for the signature. isn't it as long as I don give back the document = nothing will happen?

HDD issue

PC dekstop , clean install window . Notice my secondary drive which is normal sata HDD loads 100% no matter what i click on tht drive. example , i open apps tht install on tht drive it run 100% at task manager performance tab, ok even i open and browse normal file and documents also load 100%.

my question is , is it my HDD hint me that is gonna die soon ?

Hi everyone , i have MSi m5 z270 mobo + gigabyte extreme gaming gtx 1060 6gb + phanteks p400s casing , ignore ram coz it fix red color.

my question is what things i need to buy in order to sync the mobo + gc and case , maybe in future i will add rgb fans too, " the p400s case is come with one phanteks rgb stripe and front panel rgb both are remoted on the case button "

Hi, me and my team is currently doing a university project on 28 November 2014. So , we decided to do a charity event. So after a long research and asking for permission , we was successfully found a home for children that really need helps. It called HCK home for children > website (http://hiichiikokfoundation.com/ ) it was located at Sentul nearby jalan IPOH and the reason is they have just started March this year , so they are lack of everything and need lots of support .
