Hi all, would ask this serious question.
I had google but I couldn't find the answer

My friend drove last night met an accident at traffic junction due to her negligence overlooking light.
Therefore that he admitted is his wrong.

No drug / drinking, just he finish from work at midnight tired.

Are these consider reckless driving?
Because reckless driving as I read at google may penalty 2-10yrs jail if the victim did not make it

Please enlighten me regarding this matter
We have no one to ask, seeking for everyone great knowledge about this.

Hi all sifus, would like to get advice.

I am looking for a credit card terminal machine that can do installments for all types of credit cards.
Most of the time if applied with the bank they only can do installment plans for the same bank card.
Which means if your public bank only public bank card can do installments.

And at the same time looking for any platform that can apply for an installment plan for my customer.
something like AEON Credit / ATOME.

Dear All,

Want to ask you guys, I plan to change my rims for more comfy ride and FC but sometimes I do like some highspeed.
Not too fast maybe around 140 max already.

Currently the rims I believe surely is heavy because is 18" and I saw some forum written around 11KG.

So would like to know more my main concern is Comfy driving and Save FC.
And got any PROs and CONs ?

Kindly share with me sifu, should I change or not.

I am using Nvidia GT630 now.
I am thinking to upgrade one but I cant afford too pricey.

Currently I am more just on CS:Global Offensive.

What is the best range Graphic card can be recommended ?

Currently performance in CS:GO

Min : 60 FPS
Average : 100 FPS
Max : 150FPS

PC SPEC :

MotherBoard : Gigabyte H77M-d3h
Processor : Intel Core i5-3470 GPU 3.20GHz
Ram : 4GB
GPU : Nvidia GT630
