Maybe you can go to the HTC website and check whether are there any updates,driver to be installed downloaded. That is what I would do if I have a problem.

After this, I online search for all the solution untill i find out on bootloader should still serial even connected.
It means hardware problem...so I worry is the HD2 problem, so i decided to go Lowyat Plaza, look for PDA EXPERT as this phone brought from there.

before going PDA EXPERT,
I done hard reset and do several try alrdy.

I text him again about I will go to PDA EXPERT for troubleshooting, and said if got any payment need to done, will claim from him later.

At PDA EXPERT,
after they try on their cable, and mine, realize mine was not original cable, it was a charging cable, which he showed me the the hole in the mini USB side was different.

So, I try call him about I am going to buy a new cable.
tried 3 times, does not pick up.

PDA EXPERT offer me:
1. Original HTC cable :RM90
2. Local version cable :RM30

SO i choose the RM 30, which seen nice as well to me.

so after that I text him about that.

That's exactly my point, go look in the mirror & shout 'WHAT'. $3 u wanna ask from me when u already took the liberty to buy your own new cable and ask me to pay. I travel overseas 5 times a month, do u think I would answer your call and be charged roaming rates when I'm overseas. You should've consulted me and wait for my reply and not a smartass buying anything on your own then ask others to pay for it. As I said I would've paid even if the cable is $200 if not for your cheapskate asking me another $3 to return the other cable when you've bought a new one. How cheapskate can one be. 1. I buy the cable without asking him
2. charge him RM3 for postage (read from line bold above, he get angry because of RM3, but he never told me that he didnt agree with the postage fee..)

However, as I learn from my professional field, I remain claim and reply him.

I would Like to ask:
1. Am I taking advantage of him?
2. What problem had I done make him so angry and want to insult me?
3. When did I said I dun want to return him, the charging cable? He mean want me post out the charging cable to him first then he will post the original cable to me. but He does not said that he alrdy found his original cable.

I take my initiative going to LYP from Cheras, just for claim the warranty.
on the way my motorbike brake was broken, almost, accident as well....
I choose the RM30 cable at PDA expert as I know no necessary of buying Original cable.
Why a important person of a company who drive a big car with nice family will angry and insult people just for RM30??

Laptop Keep Auto Shutdown, prob remain after fix..

I was helping my friend that having problems with her lappy:

Model: ASUS F3F
OS: Windows Xp SP2

1. Laptop automatic shut down, no matter use what program. Normally occur after a peroid of usage.
2. after that will keep restart and only can till the bios page, no windows sign seen. need unplug and remove battery to shut it off.
3. rest for few day it functional again.
4. been reformat the harddik and reinstall. problem still occur after that.

However had been send to one of the lowyat shop for diagnosing and fix.
result:
1. said was motherboard problem. fix cost RM300
2. person that return lappy to my friend, not sure what was fix...
3. Problems still occur when trying to use it at home.

I wanna ask:
1. normally if this condition, what price will it be?
2. he only give one month warranty, is that normal in lowyat after fixing?
3. what suggestion?
4. IS THIS CONSIDER BEING CHEATED?
