hello sifus, can sum1 help me. my pc stuck for about 0.5-1sc when playing games. and when playing games, pc running much faster non stop makes the fps going down to below 50 until 20. but when I'm watching movie or video at full hd..it run smooth. is it because of the gpu???do I need to buy a new 1.

Does anyone know why my pc sometimes hang at bios screen when startup the pc..sometimes need to restart several times in other for the pc to startup normally. Does it have to do with hardware??? I have tried format my pc..but the problem still have.
