how to raise issue with joint management body

i have a argument with my building management. and thus i want to raise this issue with the joint management committee. but the building management person say they cant give me the contact details of the joint management committee.

they are wrong by law and i am entitled to complaint about them to the ministry, right?

otherwise how else i can raise my issue to the joint management committee.

Reason for sale: Had issues with tyre pressure reduction and after check with few mechanics, no mechanics can find the problem. Only 1 mechanic suggest to change to new rim so I changed and the problem with tyre pressure is no more. Actually, I am not even sure if the rim is faulty but its in great shape.

Fire Insurance for Condo unit

I have received notice from bank regarding renewal of fire insurance for condo unit which i bought last year.

As far I know, i know the JMB of the condo buys the fire insurance and I will just ask them for the copy of the certificate and I forward it to the bank. But this time, the bank mentioned 'please forward to us a copy of the renewed insurance policy/certificate of insurance with 'BANK NAME' being endorsed as the mortgagee or having financial interest on the property/assets 7 days before the expiry of the said insurance'.

What does it actually mean? If i forward the letter from the bank to my JMB, will there be extra charges ?

withdraw epf acc 2 for housing loan clearance

i am looking to withdraw money from epf2 for payment of housing loan.

from EPF website, i saw
1) https://www.kwsp.gov.my/member/withdrawals/...ng-loan#1stHome -> withdrawal for full amount of epf2 and pay directly to housing loan account -> for reducing housing loan amount

2) https://www.kwsp.gov.my/member/withdrawals/...hly-installment ->withdrawal for full amount of epf2 and pay directly to housing loan account -> for monthly pay installment

I prefer option 1 but I would prefer money go to my personal account. Reason as I am not sure of job security so I need extra cash to cover installment and living expenses. The problem is the money goes to housing loan account so I cannot take out the money from it for other purposes except for housing loan , right?

I heard some ppl can take out EPF2 cash straight to personal account. How can I do that?

agent not fulfil free item promised pre-sales

i bought an apartment unit a few months ago and now it has come to stage of collecting key.

during the negotiation stage, the developer's agent has told me that i would be given some free items but now as the unit is ready, they now say the item wont be given but instead cash will be given.

the issue is the item value is more than the cash reimbursement so basically they giving me less money.. after endless communication, they still dont want to give me the exact amount .

who can i report this issue to? like any government body? thanks.

Currently, they are looking for a test track to to test the vehicle in straight line conditions.

As far I know, I am pretty sure most car manufacturers here in Malaysia have their own test track but are there individual test tracks for hire?

We cannot perform the test in open road as its too dangerous.

Someone forged my signature to create a company

So, i was one of a shareholder of a company together with person B.

Recently, i found out person B created a new company and used my name in the director list. Person B also have taken funding from an investor for the company while using my name in the business deck.

I just found about it when this company was in the news recently and my name was in the list of founders.

is there any way i can sue this person for forging my name to create a company?

ok, i am not sure of the right term to call this type of savings but basically

i am travelling to uk for studies soon and want to keep the funds for university in GBP before travelling.
basically to peg the money as i have a feeling GBP will increase in short term.
and then transfer this cash to UK to pay for the university.

checked with the bank and they told me can try dual currency account or normal foreign currency account..

what would you suggest?

Advice needed for freelancer contract

I started working as freelancer for a friend's company start of the year for a project based. As the project is broken into phases, i get paid as per completion of phases. So far, I've been paid after the completion of phase 1 and currently awaiting for completion of phase 2 to be paid.

But things changed differently when i asked for increase of compensation (ive been getting more roles over time in the project) and within 2 days, my friend just said he unable to pay me higher and told me i am not needed in the project.
This leaves me in a situation where I am not sure of the project progress as I am not in the loop and worried that I will not get paid upon completion of 2nd phase.

Some background:
1) I dont have any contract signed with my friend ( i regret this so badly as never expect things to go bad) .
2) He is now giving me excuse client on leave for next 2 weeks ( and after that, from past experience, I am guessing he will say project delayed because its puasa month).

I need help to see what are my options here. Should I trust him and hope he pays me upon completion of the project (which i wont be aware of)? Or ask him to draft me a contract letter saying i worked with him on this project ( anything to say i worked on the project so i have contractual evidence)

The project was supposed to end of March 2017 but delays made it longer which is normal. But I am worried I might get backstabbed by my own friend
