Hi All,

My cousin is taking SPM this year in 2020 and he is from remove class, extra 1 year in high school.

I'd like to know how or what is his options upon SPM? Because I know for the fact he will most likely fail or have bad grades in it.

Any goverment politeknik and vokasional he can go?

I was told there are some courses that provide accommodation, allowance, and also the course itself.

Hi There,

I have been shopping at Mr.Porter for awhile now however I have not return an item before.

Under the clause it says that they will bear for the postage fees and also the tax fees may be refunded from my local tax offices.

Can I seek clarity for those who have refunded an item from them? Do you get the full amount refunded?

In my current role I have a great deal of exposure with company going thru digital transformation and also fraud case/defamation/intellectual property violation on the internet. TLDR SUMMARY: Purchased a LEXUS IS200t in late 2015 last year. Since then been getting absurd service by them. Each time sent in for service either the dashboard got scratched or car got into accident by their own staff.

6 months later, car started to produced abnormal noise when going over bump, they can't rectify the problem after 6 months more than 15 times going to the service centre.

Request to change absorber but they say is normal condition to have sound. Complain to their Facebook they hide/delete my comment, complaint to staff they go missing in action, complaint to manager they also don't return call, complaint to president they also don't care.

Lexus Malaysia deletes genuine Lexus owner feedback through its official FB page. I feel very sad, stuck and helpless on how I am being treated by them. I purchased an IS200t in October 2015, in January 2016, I had to replace my front windscreen due to a crack at Lexus Sg Besi. When I got back the car, MY 3 MONTHS OLD NEW car had scratches DEEP all over the dashboard. (Pleaser refer visuals)
Moving forward in May, I informed Lexus Sg Besi my car only 6 months old produced an abnormal noise while going over bumps. During the checking of the abnormal noise, the staff drove my car and got into an accident, resulting my BRAND NEW car front bumper being damaged. (Please refer visuals)
Bumper was NOT replaced, was only offered to respray back. Precious TIME was lost due to the accident, time allocated to rectify the abnormal sound was instead used to respray the front bumper. Car was returned to me and assured abnormal sound was gone too after tightening the undercarriage bolts. Received the car and abnormal sound was still there, called the service manager and was asked to bring the car and checked. Since then, the car has been in and out Lexus Sg Besi more than 15 times since May till December and same problem not resolved.
Next, I contacted Lexus Malaysia (Principal) I managed to speak to Ashraf who claim to be the Complaint Manager of Lexus Malaysia. He assured me that he will personally look into it and follow up closely. Car was again sent to Sg Besi for checking as per Ashraf arrangement, got the car and the same sound persist. Attempts to contact Ashraf after was not possible.
According to his colleagues, he had suffered from mental illness and therefore unreachable. I then went to UMW Toyota Headquarters in Shah Alam, Seksyen 15 asked to see the General Manager of Toyota. Was approached by Wong, who claims to be the new Manager for Lexus, he assured me that he too will look into this and gave me his word, this time in WRITING. I sent in my car again this time as per Wong arrangement, upon getting my car the same sound persist again.
Wong like his predecessor Ashraf, was unreachable, was told by his colleagues he had serious medical condition. I felt really UPSET, TIRED and HELPLESS, I can't believe I am bullied into this situation.
I then wrote to UMW Toyota President, (Please refer to email visual) He too promised he will look into this. This is the last week of December, and I as told from Lexus Sg Besi manager, Liew, Lexus Malaysia will not ENTERTAIN my abnormal noise complaint because it was a normal working condition.
I feel HELPLESS, TIRED and DISJOINTED on why a genuine owner of LEXUS, who still have VALID warranty has to go through this NIGTHMARE.
Please SHARE if you LOVED cars and BELIVED after sales service standards in Malaysia should be treated with TRANSPARENCY, INTEGRITY and RESPECT.
