Property legal issue-need advise

Hi guys,

I need some advise on some legal issues here. Hope
some sifus can help.
Let say someone bought a house and legally,
the title changed name to the new owner.
However, he doesn't know that the previous owner
owed a huge some of $ to the bank. Hence,
now bank is going after the property which has
been sold to the new owner. Will bank take away
the property and what can the new owner do?

Leakage

Hi guys,
I need some advise. Did new back extension
n during raining, the water is seeping into the
roof n water mark can be seen on the plaster ceiling of the
extended area.
Complaint to my contractor n he did some silicone
patching. However, yesterday heavy raining...water
mark still visible. Any idea what's wrong with the leaking?

Anyone knows best ways to kill a tree?
This big tree is right in front facing my gate.
Another tree affected my neighbor as well.
He is there for quite some time, affected him in terms
of financial n families matter.
Feng shui master said the same....arggh.
I need it to be removed b4 I move in..

Fire insurance-uob

I signed a uob loan last year and without any
advise, uob include fire insurance into my
installment bill. Damn, how can this be?
Anyone knows that this is compulsory for all
banks? Feel like cheated
