Hi everyone, can recommend me a 360 camera that can work even after the car stopped, and if wanna run another 24 hours need about how many gb memory?

The 24 hours one is because my car tyre keep getting punctured by nails, trying to catch the culprit. Wondering is it prank or just unlucky

Not sure if this topic is posted. Grab system kena hack? I received unauthorized transaction via credit card. Upon calling the bank he said since afternoon users have been calling to block their card because unauthorized transaction. I checked my statement it appeared as it is in US.

For former saying it's Grab recovering their funds, for me it's not. Usually the payment is charged Grab-pj but the statement show Grab St Louis (USA)

Hi guys, for home loans, usually most payments go to interest for the first 15 years or so. So, if loan is 2.2k when it start to reduce to lets say fr 1.5k interest to rm800 can i just pay rm800 every mth just to cover the interest, or do i still need to pay 2.2k every mth. Not intend to reduce the principal for now, need cash in hand or is it consider faulting the loan payment

Redo water proofing but still leaking

Hi everyone,

The toilets upstairs(2 toilets) at my place was leaking for awhile now and I got the contractor to hack and remove everything and redo the water proofing. House then rented out

Fast fwd 7 mths later, tenant suddenly notified saw leaking. From the photo, it was bad. Like the water proofing not done right. Best part is, havent done that time leaking also not look so bad, after done, leaking was worse

I cari back the contractor coz definitely is water proofing not done right. My question is, what are my rights, to ask him redo? Refund? If he offer me a short term solution then how?

Purpose i do the hacking was settle once n for all the issue. If wanna do the epoxy thing defeated the purpose

Need help with cat urine smell

Hi everyone, rented out my house to this couple who had 5 cats and didnt bother to clean up after their cats. (Itheir profile say no pets and they had moved in during mco and then when i went to fix something only notice they had 5 cats). now they moved out of the house but the room they had kept the cats smelled super bad. It went to the living room and even the rooms and kitchen have a slight tinge of smell

I washed the whole room 3 times with vinegar+water and then enzyme detergent twice and also the walls on the living area + floor

Yet the smell is still the same

Anyone encounter this before and could advise if anything could be done? I did not know that it is so hard to remove cat pee having not own a cat..sigh

Hi guys, as per topic title..i received hefty bill fr tnb on my account and upon checking meter i realised the officer wrongly read. The house vacant currently so cant be have usage at all.

The meter was read another 400 so I wanna request adjustment. Upon calling the careline the fler was like...u bincang dengan officer la. I was like what. Bincang apa? I have taken photo of the meter and video as well for proof and email to careline as well

My question is, is there a gov sector that governs tnb? Is it ttpm? Wondering if anyone encounter samw issue and bill got readjusted. Thanks

Bought something from Harvey Norman. They have this "price guarantee" which is placed all over the store so I asked about it. Granted, the CS tried to divert the question but I insisted about it and I checked online at their website and it says, if you can find same item (including online), legit ad placed by physical stores in Malaysia, they will match the price AND on top of that give you +10% back to you

Long story short, nope, the price was not matched exactly and there was no +10% as well. I wrote an e-mail query to their headoffice which funnily the e-mail is called "customerfirst" but after a week, no news, no smell NADA

Before I fwd that email to their Australia HQ, I wanted to ask is this called false advertising? Thinking of going to tribunal to report

Hi, I bought a serviced apartment a few years back from developer and now need to do MOT

The panel lawyer appointed is kind of dragging, I have asked 3 months ago for quotation and also calculations and to proceed with MOT, but lawyer kept saying not urgent case and till now despite my "chasing" nothing has proceeded. Same for my loan lawyer

The panel lawyer also asked me to sign on it first without giving me a quotation as she said it's not expensive. I did not, and I requested for a proper quotation on the works and as you can see, I tak dapat pun

Is there a way I can "expedite"? Is there a lawyer's association that I can bring this issue up if none of the lawyers action on it? Hate to do this but I also don't like to chase every 2 weeks

stay at condo noise issue

Hi everyone, I'm sure a lot of people stay in condos and apartment. I too, been staying in apartments for many years.

First apartment, low density, corner (the apartment was build that way) so left side empty space before proceeding to another unit, and right side 1 neighbour. It was quiet and peaceful, but moved when owner sold that place.

Then I moved to another apartment, super high density, 1st year was ok then come 2nd year, issue of foot traffic noise came fr above. Secondly, was the banging of cabinets (i think). Those cabinet not sliding one. It sounded like the person staying above me never slept. Truth be told, I rang her doorbell and she said it wasn't her. She said it's the person above her and she hears it too. I had to move because the noise starts at 9pm and ends around 8.30am in the morning, couldn't sleep at all

Then 3rd apartment, stayed for 3 years then also same issue. Still staying here and using noise cancelling earbuds at the moment.

My question is, would low density apartment (even though its old) eliminate this issue? Coz the first one I stayed at was low density and didn't face this issue. If you are staying well{ie no noise issue, lowdensity, safe) in your apartment currently, mind sharing your apartment name for consideration?

Water meter not under my name

The water meter of a house not under my name, but air selangor keep sending me msg ask me to pay the water bill. Keep say got tunggakan. I tot someone changed the meter to my name initiallt then i register at app and saw eh..not my name

Called air selangor but no one picked up
Dont know if i should be worried abt it

Securing water tank

Hi, the water tank at my friend's house broke the supporting wood and burst thru the ceiling and fell into the house. A lot was damaged..water was flowing out of the house. So dangerous. Luckily no one was hurt.

I was wondering did anyone face this problem before and any prevention methods? Any suggestions are welcomed.

Ps the water tank is the original never changed to bigger one
